குறளின் குரல் - 526

வினைக்கண் வினையுடையான் கேண்மைவே றாக

நினைப்பானை நீங்கும் திரு.

                             (குறள் 519: தெரிந்து வினையாடல் அதிகாரம்)

Transliteration:

vinaikkaN vinaiyuDaiyAn kENmaivE Raga

ninaippAnai nIngun thiru

vinaikkaN – in the work assigned

vinaiyuDaiyAn – skilled operator apt for the assigned work

kENmai – his friendship, relationship

vERaga ninaippAnai – if the administrator mistakes him listening to detractors

nIngum – will leave him

thiru – the wealth

Administrators or people of power who mistake a skilled worker and lose his friendship or relationship because of the envious word from detractors of selfish interests, will lose their wealth as they would find it difficult to relplace such skilled person and build relationship again; the time lost is also money.

The verse says to get a  work done, skill is important and more importantly a relationship with such  skilled workers to get things done successfully. People that listen to detractors to lose such a valuable relationship will only be so in everything they do, because they can’t stand by their own decision and hence will lose their wealth. After all the wealth is in the people that you keep with you, especially such skilled people.

“Wealth will be lost by those in power that heed to detractors

 as they fail in the relationship with skilled workers as a factor”

தமிழிலே:

வினைக்கண் - செய்யும் வினையிலே

வினையுடையான் - கருத்தூன்றி செய்யும் செயல் திறனுடையானுடைய

கேண்மை - நட்பினை, உறவினை

வேறாக நினைப்பானை - சொல்வார் பேச்சைக் கேட்டு தவறாக நினைக்கும் நிர்வாக மேலாண்மையருக்கு

நீங்கும் - அவர்களை விட்டு நீங்கிவிடும்

திரு - செல்வம்

செயல் திறனோடு தனக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்ட வேலையை செய்கின்றவனை அவன் மேல் அழுக்காறுகொண்டு புறம் கூறுவோரின் பேச்சைக்கேட்டு தவறாக நினைத்து நடக்கும் ஆளுவோரையும், நிர்வாகப் பொறுப்பில் இருப்பவரையும், செல்வமானது நீங்கிவிடும்; ஏனெனில் அவ்வினையைச் செய்ய திறமையுள்ளவர்கள் வேறு கிடைப்பது கடினம்.

தவிரவும், பிறர் கூறும் அழுக்காறு காரணமாக தாம் நம்பி வேலைக்கு அமர்த்தியவரையே வேறாக நினைப்பவர்கள் எடுப்பார் கைப்பிள்ள நிர்வாகத்தினராக இருப்பதால், அவர்கள் ஆக்கம் தரும் செயலேது வெற்றிகரமாகச் செய்யமுடியாது, என்பதால் இவ்வாறு கூறப்படுகிறது. சென்ற குறளின் கருத்தோடு ஆய்ந்தபின் நம்புதலை மீண்டும் வலியுறுத்தும் குறள்.

செய்வினை செய்திறத்தார் நட்பினை ஐயுறுதல்

செய்யதிரு நொய்யும் அழிந்து
